Greeting Brothers of Sigma, Sisters of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorors, Fraters, Youth and Guests!
On behalf of the Western Region and our esteemed 33rd International President, the Honorable Jimmy Hammock, it is an honor to announce the 2010 Western Regional 60th Delegate Conference in the only true “sunny city” in the U.S. I would like to extend this invitation to join us, to fellowship with members, friends and guests from all over the Western Region made up of 13 western states, Japan and Korea.
The conference will take place March 12th – 14th. Our first session will begin at 9am following the certification and seating of the delegates on the 12th of March. Elections will take place March 13th.
Along with the two day conference we have also scheduled a few pre-conference activities we hope will be set as our traditional events on Thursday and a marvelous spiritual event to close the conference out Sunday morning. Such notable events to set this conference above the rest are: Future Leadership Luncheon, Honorarium Luncheon, Honorable Brother Oscar Morgan Gala, Collegiate Party and a Special Event, to be named later, that is worth the early arrival.
Additionally, we are extending an invitation to all Greek-letter organization, non-profit organizations and corporations to participate in our 2010 Gala and collegiate party.
Attached please find the conference information for you to complete and mail in or visit the western region’s website “PBS1914Western.org” and register online. Remember, ticket pre-sells ends February 27, 2010. There will be no luncheon tickets sold at the door. Event tickets are available for purchase for families, friends and guests via the official conference website.
